Shopify
Connect your Shopify store so every sale lowers stock in InventoryFlo, and optionally push stock levels back to Shopify.

Connect your store
- Go to Settings → Integrations & developers → Shopify (Pro plan; owners by default).
- Enter your Store address (
your-store.myshopify.com) and choose Connect. - Approve the app on Shopify. Back in InventoryFlo you see Store connected. Reading your catalog now.
One store per organization.
Match products
Shopify products are matched to your items by SKU, then by barcode. Review the tabs Needs review, Unmatched, Linked and Ignored, and use Link, Create item, Ignore or Unlink. If you sell in a different unit than you count (a six-pack sold, single cans counted), set Each Shopify sale takes.
Pair one InventoryFlo location with one Shopify location. Bins under that location count toward it; quarantine locations do not.
Orders lower your stock
Under When an order comes in, choose Lower stock right away (the default) or Create a pick list so the team picks first. Cancellations, edits, refunds and restocks are applied too, and test orders are ignored. An order that cannot be applied appears under Orders we could not apply, with a retry.
Send stock levels to Shopify
Send stock levels to Shopify is off by default. Turned on, it sets Shopify’s available quantity to what you have on hand minus what open Shopify pick lists already promised. Changes reach Shopify within about 30 seconds, with a full update every day and Sync now for an immediate one.
Prices, titles and photos are not synced. Disconnecting removes the app from your store but keeps the product links, so reconnecting is quick.
