Prices in euros and pounds are on the pricing page. History is unlimited on every plan.

  • Free: suppliers, purchase orders with partial receiving, stock counts, variants, pick lists, checkouts and low-stock alerts.
  • Starter adds multiple locations and transfers, saved reports and the audit trail.
  • Pro adds analytics, cycle counts, production, landed costs, multi-currency purchasing, webhooks, the public API and AI assistants (MCP), Shopify and QuickBooks.
  • Business adds custom roles and the highest limits.

Paid plans can add packs without changing plan: +1,000 items, +1 team member, +5 locations or +10 custom fields.

Trial and beta

New organizations start with 14 days of Pro. When the trial ends without a subscription, the organization moves to Free and keeps all its data.

While InventoryFlo is in beta, every organization gets every feature for free and billing is switched off; the billing page says so.

Upgrade, change or cancel

Billing is handled by the Owner (or a custom role allowed to manage the organization) in Settings → Billing & Plan. The page shows the plan, its status and renewal date, and how much of each limit you use.

  1. 1Choose monthly or annual billing and your currency (US dollars, euros or pounds). The currency is fixed after the first payment.
  2. 2Upgrade opens a secure Stripe checkout.
  3. 3Once subscribed, Manage Billing opens the Stripe customer portal: invoices, payment method, plan changes and cancellation all happen there.

Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, the page shows Update payment method; when every retry fails, the organization moves to Free.

When you reach a limit

Nothing is deleted and nothing becomes read-only. Only new additions over the limit are refused — items, warehouses, members, categories, tags, custom fields or photos — with the message You have reached your plan limit. Upgrade your plan to add more. Features above your plan show a lock and an upgrade prompt. The same applies after a downgrade: existing data stays.
