Simple mode
A lighter InventoryFlo for teams that only track what they have and where it is. It hides purchasing and advanced screens without deleting anything.

What simple mode changes
Simple mode is a display setting for the whole organization. It hides these screens on the web and in the phone app:
- Purchase orders, suppliers and the reorder list
- Production, lots and expiring stock
- Pick lists, returns and transfers
- Cycle counts and stock exceptions
- Analytics, shrinkage, snapshots, saved reports and the ABC report
Items, stock, movements, stock counts, checkouts and scanning stay, and the Photo grid (items by location with big photos) is always shown. Nothing is deleted: turn simple mode off and every screen comes back with its data.

Turn it on or off
- Web: Settings → Inventory tracking → Simple mode.
- Phone: More → Inventory tracking → Use simple mode.
- During setup: the Simple mode switch in the Features step. It starts on for tool cribs and equipment rental.
Only people allowed to manage the organization (the Owner by default) can change it. It applies to every member at once.
